Digital Download Products

Unless otherwise specified, all products you see in the store are digital downloads. In most cases you will receive a link to PDF files. In some cases the files may be in PowerPoint, video, or course format. Videos and courses may only be available through a private URL that requires a password or login. Any related instructions will be provided following your purchase. Please read through the descriptions carefully for details and contact me with any questions.

Delivery Issues

The Counseling Palette uses a third party called Wix/Wix Stores to sell and deliver digital and other items. In most cases, digital files are available nearly instantly, and you will find a "download" button on the screen after your purchase. Also in most cases you will receive a confirmation email including your email and a link to the items you purchased within a few minutes. Check your spam, promotion, junk, etc., folders if you don't see the email in your inbox. Also check that you used the correct email for your purchase. Occasionally due to technical problems outside of our control there may be a delay in delivery of digital items. In this case we are happy to work with you to provide the items directly, to troubleshoot the issue, or otherwise resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Shipping Policy

As noted, most of our products are digital downloads or can be accessed online shortly after your purchase, so there's no need for shipping. If there were to be an item that needs to be shipped, details would be included in the product description or at the time of placing your order, and may depend on your location within the U.S. or internationally.
