We offer limited refunds on purchases made of the services and digital products offered on our Website due to specific circumstances. To request a refund please submit your request to us within 3 days of your purchase date by contacting us.


We offer refunds on any purchases of the services and digital products offered on our Website for the following reasons: wrong description, unable to download even following assistance and troubleshooting, the wrong product or service was provided, and when technical or delivery difficulties on the end of the seller or purchaser could not be resolved. Other refunds may be provided at our sole discretion due to extenuating circumstances, however note that due to the digital nature of most of our products it is not possible to "return" an item and you will continue to have access to the original purchase. Therefore most items may not be refunded. 

Due to the digital nature of our items, we encourage you to read through full descriptions and review images available to better understand the material you are purchasing. All items sold through the store are digital, unless otherwise specified, and you will not receive any physical item.

Delivery Issues

The Counseling Palette uses a third party called Wix/Wix Stores to sell and deliver digital and other items. In most cases, digital files are available nearly instantly, and you will find a "download" button on the screen after your purchase. Also in most cases you will receive a confirmation email including your email and a link to the items you purchased. Check your spam, promotion, junk, etc., folders if you don't see the email in your inbox. Also check that you used the correct email for your purchase. Occasionally due to technical problems outside of our control there may be a delay in delivery of digital items. In this case we are happy to work with you to provide the items directly, to troubleshoot the issue, or otherwise resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
