Review Comments, Images, and Other Content you Upload

By submitting a comment or uploading content onto this Website, including content in reviews, you grant Jennie Bedsworth and The Counseling Palette, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish and distribute the comment or content. When you make a comment or upload any content onto this Website, you agree that such comment or content may be viewed by other parties and it is your responsibility to ensure that the comment or content does not contain any confidential or proprietary information. You are also responsible for ensuring that your content or comment does not violate any laws, rules or regulations. Reviews and comments relating to technical issues and troubleshooting

  • Content relating to technical issues/troubleshooting/technical questions should not be posted in reviews. In many cases technical difficulties are due to user difficulties such as problems with local storage or lack of knowledge about use of digital files. Such reviews, as well as reviews for products you did not purchase or for unverifiable purchases, may not be approved or may be deleted from the site. We will continue to work with you to provide education or further assist until you are satisfied with any technical or other issues with your product. This website uses a third-party program, called Fera, which collects and verifies reviews of products as well as of the store in general. We comply with Fera's policies and also reserve the right to remove reviews for violating any laws, rules, or regulations, for privacy reasons, or if they are of a suspicious nature (such as if they seem fake or like spam), for any of the reasons listed above, or for any other appropriate reason we deem necessary.
