Learning and Discussion Prompts
FEELOPOLY works great for one-on-one therapy or for group therapy and classrooms. Players work as a team to identify and validate multiple feelings on the playing board. As they move through the game they draw cards and answer prompts such as:
- Name a feeling you've had recently. What was going on?
- What's the difference between a feeling and a behavior?
- Do you think it's okay to cry sometimes? Why or why not?
- What does this feeling (ie, anger) feel like in your body?
- Why is it important to validate your own feelings?
